These terms govern your use of the SafeBite HACCP application and related services provided by SafeBite Solutions in Luxembourg.
1. Service
SafeBite helps businesses create and manage food-safety records. It is an operational aid and does not replace professional advice, official inspections or your legal responsibilities.
2. Account responsibilities
You must provide accurate information, protect your access credentials and ensure that records entered by you or your staff are correct and lawful.
3. Subscriptions
Paid subscriptions are purchased and managed through Google Play on Android or the Apple App Store on iOS. Prices, billing periods, renewals, trials and cancellation rights are shown by the relevant store before purchase. Unless cancelled through that store, subscriptions may renew automatically.
4. Acceptable use
You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its operation or upload unlawful or harmful content.
5. Your data
You retain responsibility for the records you enter. Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy. Account deletion is available in the app and explained on the account deletion page.
6. Connected services
You may choose to connect SafeBite to supported third-party services such as ChatGPT. The SafeBite integration is read-only and returns information only from the authenticated SafeBite account. You are responsible for reviewing requests and responses before relying on them, and you may disconnect the integration at any time.
7. Availability and liability
We work to keep SafeBite reliable and secure, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by law, SafeBite Solutions is not liable for indirect losses or for decisions made without independently verifying food-safety requirements.
8. Changes and termination
We may update the service or these terms when reasonably necessary. Material changes will be communicated where required. You may stop using SafeBite and delete your account at any time.
9. Law and contact
These terms are governed by Luxembourg law, without limiting mandatory consumer rights. Questions may be sent to privacy@safebite.lu.
Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.
